Obituary of Michael Wayne Watson

Watson, Michael Wayne - Surrounded by his family, Michael peacefully joined the Lord on Tuesday September 9, 2008 at the St. Catharines General Hospital in his 56th year. Beloved and loving husband of Debbie. Will be sadly missed by his daughter Jillian and his step son Jason. Lovingly remembered by his mom Joan, sisters Sharron Charlton, Betty and Rick Scriver and many nieces and nephews and special friend Helen LeMay. Predeceased by his dad Alex, and brother James and his wife Penney. A special thanks to the nurses at the hospital in Palliative Care and Dr. Hughes for their care and compassion and also Pastor David Topping. Family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton Street, one hour prior to service. A celebration of Mike's life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday September 12, 2008 at 11am. Cremation has taken place. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to McMaster Hospital Hemophiliac Unit.
