Obituary of William Henry Maxwell

MAXWELL, William "Bill"- Passed away at Linhaven Home for the Aged, on Sunday, August 24th, 2008 at the age of 98. Dear husband of the late Evelyn. Beloved father to Shirley (Larry) Ingham and Fay (Joseph) Elliott. Special grandfather of Debra (Matt) Miller, Wendy (Terry) Rooney, Barry (Christine) Elliott, Brian (Janet) Elliott, Dean Elliott, and Lisa (Greg) Smith. William will be missed by his 24 great grandchildren and his great great grandson. Predeceased by his granddaughter Dianne Skoropada and great granddaughter Rachel Elliott. William is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 7-9p.m. A funeral service will take place on Thursday in the funeral home chapel at 11a.m. Interment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial Donations to Scottlea Gospel Chapel Missionary Fund would be appreciated by the family.
