Obituary of Steven Patrick Walsh

Walsh, Steven - Surrounded by his family on July 28, 2008 at the St. Catharines General Hospital in his 58th year. Lovingly remembered by his wife Mary. Devoted dad of Tracey Turavani (Max) and Kevin. Will be remembered by his grandchildren Sara and Olivia Turavani. Survived by his sister Willena, mother-in-law Annie Opdenkelder, brother-in-law Ed Brock, Rudy Opdenkelder (Debbie); sister-in-law Elly Kraft (Perry), many nieces, nephews and close friends. Steven will be missed by his dog Snoopy and cat Gilbert. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Anne and his sister Betty and her husband Charlie Ebejer. Steven is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton Street until Friday at 11:45am. Visiting hours are Friday 10-11:45am. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Steven's life will be held in the funeral home chapel at 12pm. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to St. Catharines General Hospital - ICU Unit or Charity of One's Choice.
