Obituary of Katharine Schudlo

SCHUDLO, Katharine Unexpectedly and peacefully at her home on Thursday, July 17th at the age of 82. Loving wife of the late Ivan (1982). Dear mother of Steve (Judi), Mary (Nestor) Siolkowsky, Bill (Odarka) and John (Hanya). Loving Baba of Stephan (Svitlana), Lisa (Greg) Schudlo-Samuelson, Catherine (Charles) Fulcher, Terry Siolkowsky, Michael (Rosanna) Siolkowsky, Ivanka Siolkowsky, Billy, Andrew, John, Larissa and Nicholas. She will be missed by her dear great grandchildren Stephania, Christina, Alexander, Amanda, Samantha, Natalie, Nicholas and Amelia. Mrs. Schudlo was a member of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church, the Ukrainian Catholic Womens League (where she was a longtime cook), League of Ukrainian Canadian Women as well as the Myrhorod Seniors Club. Mrs. Schudlo's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Sunday, July 20th from 2-4pm and 6-9pm. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church, 14 Rolls Avenue, St. Catharines on Monday, July 21st at 10am. Rite of Committal to follow in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Panachyda will be recited in the funeral home on Sunday evening at 7pm. If desired, memorial donations to the Sts.
