Obituary of Dora Anikejew

ANIKEJEW, DORA- Peacefully, at the St. Catharines General Hospital, on Sunday, July 13th, 2008 at the age of 76. Loving wife of the late Peter. Dear mother of Nina ( Dave) Macklem, Olga Hamilton-Jansen and Peter(Shelley). Loving BaBa of Jordan,Erin (John), Karen, Laura, Peter, Benjamin and Kelly. She will be greatly missed by her companion "Puss". Dora was a devoted mother and BaBa who lived for her family. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed travelling. The family would like to thank Dora's neighbours Mr. and Mrs. Lenartowich, the paramedics,doctors and nurses at the St. Catharines General Hospital for their care and compassion and for being there for her.Dora is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 2-4p.m. and 7-9p.m. A Funeral Service will take place on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Memorial remembrances to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
