Obituary of Peter Nitsopoulos

NITSOPOULOS, Peter On Monday June 30th at St. Catharines General Hospital-NHS in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Stella for 58 years. Father and friend of Chris (Gina), John (Mary Margaret), Angelo (Mary), Jim (Anne Marie) and Peter (Susann). Loving Dedo of 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and close friends. Peter's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Wednesday, July 2nd and Thursday, July 3rd from 2-4pm and 6-9pm. Divine Liturgy to be celebrated at St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church, 585 Niagara Street on Friday, July 4th at 10:30am . Burial to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil Prayers for Peter will be recited in the funeral home on Thursday at 8pm . In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated by the family.
