Obituary of Olga Zeliznak

ZELIZNAK OLGA (nee: Tomashewski) Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at Hospice Niagara, at 73 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Michael. Loving mother of Mitchell (Dayna), Tina (Scott) Grant and Julie (Russ) Davidson. Cherished gram of Jared, Rachel Zeliznak and the late Tiffany Bottenfield. Dear sister of John (Hughette) Tomashewski. Olga will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Olga was an active member of the Catholic Womens League and St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church. Olga is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. where family will receive friends on Saturday from 7-9pm and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Liturgy will be held in St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church on Monday at 10am. Rite of committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Sunday at 3:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to Hospice Niagara or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
