Obituary of Melania Fiuk

FIUK, Melania Peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, June 18th at the St. Catharines General Hospital-NHS at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Lucian (1995). Loving mother of Alexander and wife Penny, Leslie, and Henry. Dear baba of Melanie (Steve) and Bobbi Lynne (Darren) and cherished great grandmother of Ethan and Christopher. Also survived by her nephew Bill and his wife Esther. Mrs. Fiuk was a longtime and very devoted member of O.L.P.H. Catholic Church. Mrs. Fiuk's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Friday, June 20th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, June 21st from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 5 Oblate Street at 10:15 am. Rite of Committal to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil Prayers for Mrs. Fiuk will be recited in the funeral home on Friday at 7pm. If desired, memorial donations to O.L.P.H. Church or the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
