Olexy, Victor Robert With great sadness the family announces the sudden passing of Victor on Tuesday June 10, 2008, in his 73rd year at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Cherished husband for 49 years of Sophie, beloved father of Darlene McLaughlin and Daryl (Deanne) Olexy. Deeply missed by his grandchildren Tyler and Cody McLaughlin and good friend Clayton. He will always be remembered by his family and many friends. Victor was a long time employee of General Motors until his retirement in 1992. In accordance with his wishes, private service and cremation have taken place at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL,585 Carlton St.. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
