Obituary of Frank Marconi

MARCONI, Frank (Francis)- Frank passed away peacefully in his 90th year, on June 5, 2008, with his family at his side. Frank was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 1930's. He was a veteran of WWII. While stationed in Wales, he met his beloved Marion (1923-2004). Frank will be sadly missed by his devoted children Reed (Ruth) and Christopher (Rosalyn). Predeceased by his daughter Andrea (1985). He also leaves behind his loving grandchildren Brett (Donna), Jared (Sonya), Cameron (Stephanie), Trevor and Adam Rozell. Frank will be fondly remembered by his great-grandchildren Caleb, Abigail, Chloe, Jordan, Josiah and Jaron. Frank is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St.. Friends will be received Wednesday, June 11, 2008 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.. Following the visitation, a celebration of Frank's life will be held in the funeral home's chapel. Interment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to your favourite charity would be appreciated.
