Obituary of Thomas Currie

CURRIE, Thomas "Big T" Passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 7, 2008 with his family by his side. Born in Hurlford, Scotland on September 6, 1926. Came to Canada in 1966, with his family and worked and retired from General Motors after 22 years. He is survived by his wife Margaret of 53 years, his children Scott (Tanya), Carole, Elaine, and Drew (Liz). Also survived by his Grandchildren Brandon, Dawn, Mallory, Danielle, Evan, Meagan, Graeme, Stephanie, Justin, and great grandfather of Kayla and Maya. Cremation and a private service has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL. If desired memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
