Obituary of Barbara Ann Slobodian

Slobodian, Barbara Ann (Bunting) Peacefully after an illness on Monday, May 5, 2008 at St. Catharines General Hospital at 70 years of age. Beloved wife of Albert for 49 years, loving mother Larry and Mary-Lou, Justine and Bobby Turner, Lisa and Wayne Ranger, dear Gram of Dustin, David, Derek, Scott, Bonnie, Genevieve and Shannon, sister of Fred and Norma Bunting, Elsie and Ernie Schneider, the late Beverly Darke, Nelson and Lynne Bunting, Margaret Bunting. Will be remembered by brothers and sisters-in-laws in Western Canada. Dear aunt to several nieces and nephews. Barbara had worked at Sears Canada and Wal Mart for many years. Barbara is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. where a Funeral Service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. with interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting Hours Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial Remembrances can be made to the Lung Association.
