I remember my Uncle Des from my childhood, always smiling, happy and friendly! He loved to fish and I remember him talking about being flown into remote lakes up north to enjoy fishing which must have been exciting for him! I have many memories of Sunday dinner's and family get-togethers at our Grandmother's with Uncle Des.
My thoughts are with his family at this time!
