Obituary of Eleanor Blackley

BLACKLEY, Eleanor Isabel - Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday March 23, 2008 in her 68th year. Beloved wife and best friend of Fred. Will always be adored and loved by her children Kim (Wayne) Kallies, Kelly (Vic) Klassen and Ken (Kim) Blackley. Proudest Nana of Kevin, Jeffrey, Michelle, Nikki, Mandy, Evan, Olivia and Samantha. Eleanor will be sadly missed by her sisters Nancy (Ron) Handrahan and Louise (Dennis) Williamson and sister in law Sharron (Chris) Turner. Best friend of Charlene and Tony Langelaan. Eleanor was a founding partner in Gen Pack Assembly Services Inc. of Stoney Creek. Her kindness and generosity will be missed on a daily basis in our company. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, on Friday March 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Eleanor's life will be held on Saturday March 29, 2008 at 11 a.m. in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Juravinski Cancer Centre or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
