Obituary of May Lomax
LOMAX, Lillian May
Found peace on Thursday, March 20th, 2008 at the St. Catharines General Hospital-NHS after a lengthy illness. May recently celebrated her 84th birthday.
Beloved wife of the late Charlie Lomax (1999). Loving mother of Sue and Ron Strayer. Nana will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her granddaughters Samantha and Stephanie.
May worked for S.S. Kresge/K-Mart for 27 years.
May's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street on Monday, March 24th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A service to celebrate her life will take place in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, March 25th at 4:30pm. Cremation will follow the service with a private family inurnment at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to the Toronto Humane Society or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
