Dear Dinah,
I am so very sorry to hear about your mom. Growing up across the street from you seeing you most everyday gave me a chance to know your mother very well. I still remember the beautiful flowers that she created for me for my wedding. Nobody could hold a candle to your mothers creativeness. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
Love Patricia

I really don't know how to express this in english. But your mother now is resting in peace and does not suffer any more. Pray. That is all we can do for her, and for us.

To you both, please accept our heartfelt condolences. As you may know Clarence, over the past few years I have lost my Mother and Father and Diane lost her Mother the same week as I lost my mom.
I would like to leave you with a poem which we found most comforting and I hope it comforts you both as well.
Her Journey†™s Just Begun
Don†™t think of her as gone away †"
Her journey†™s just begun,
Life holds so many facets
This earth is only one.
Just think of her as resting
From the sorrows and the tears
In a place of warmth and comfort
Where there are no days and years.
Think how she must be wishing
That we could know today
How nothing but our sadness
Can really pass away.
And think of her as living
In the hearts of those she touched…
For nothing loved is ever lost †"
And she was loved so much.

Dear Dinah and Ray and families:
Recollections of coming over to visit when we were teenagers are interwoven with memories of your mother's kindness to me. Since my mother was german, we would sometimes compare "european baking notes". I remember with fondness the lovely tortes she made for your birthdays. I remember your mom and dad (and that dog Rusty!) and the warm welcome I would always get! Our parents write indelible stories for us, and as we become more like our heavenly Father, we watch the "raw" materials develop into what we will become but still have not seen.
Love you lots
Heidi

Hello Dinah and Families:
I'm so glad that you let me know about your Mother's passing. My prayers and thoughts are with you and all your families at this time. Your mother was always very nice to me. I remember how she voluntarily washed and rearranged the baptismal flowers at CGT way back in the late 1970's or early 1980. Love, Denise

We were saddened to hear of your loss Our prayers and thoughts are with you that God may strengthen you in the days ahead. I think of how your mom would "happen" to come down when we visited you, I don't think there was any just "happen" to it! I enjoyed the times we chatted and always enjoyed the welcome she gave us - and the hugs. She made us feel welcome.
I trust that you will have many great memories of a wonderful mom and grandma.
May God richly bless you.

Dearest Ray,
I never met your mom however I know you; and because you came from her; she had to be the best mother ever.
In this time of mourning, please know that my prayers are with you and your family. Also know that whatever experience you are now going through there is a presence and a power in the universe that knows your needs and they are being met.
May the light of God surround you and your family; may the love of God enfold you; may the presence of God watch over and know in your heart, that wherever you are God is and you are at peace and courageous with whatever you will experience.
My love and my blessings to you and your family.

Dear Dinah, Clarence, Leah and Julia,
We are truly sorry for the loss of your Mother,(Grandmother).
Our faith is tested by the death of someone so dear. Having said that, we have to trust in our dear Lord and Saviour that he alone knows our boundary here on earth and when the time has finally come to return to Him.
Our dear Lord has your Mother in his loving arms now, so you can breathe a sigh of relief in knowing this.
Smaida is free of pain and suffering because of our Saviour Jesus Christ.
May she rest in Peace...
