Ostrihon, Grace Marie
Suddenly after a brief illness on Friday, February 1, 2008 at McMaster Hospital, Hamilton at 51 years of age. Beloved wife of Ron, loving mother Paul (Melissa), Mary (Andrew) and Heather (Scott), loving daughter of Ronald and Joyce Clarke, dear sister of Lois Gosney (John), dear aunt of Dawn and David, dear daughter-in-law of Martha Ostrihon, sister-in-law of Kathie Ostrihon, David Ostrihon. Grace was a member of the Garden City Optimist Club, she volunteered with many organizations: Dragon Boats, Broadway Lights Dance Studio, she was a founder of the Breakfast Club at St. Denis School. Grace worked for a number of years at the Lock Three Museum. Grace was loved, she will be missed by all who knew her and will never be forgotten.
Cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends at George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St, on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate Grace's life will be held at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. on Thursday at 11 a.m. A family interment will be held on Friday at St. Andrew's Cemetery, Grimsby. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Breast Cancer Society of Canada.
