Obituary of Anna Perrone

PERRONE, Anna - It is with great sadness that the family of ANNA MARIA CARMELA PERRONE announces her sudden passing on Sunday, January 27, 2008 at the age of 54. Anna is survived by her parents Giuseppe and Gilda Perrone, brothers Elio (Verna), Dante (Judy), Frank (Shelly), her nephews Joseph (Joanne), Elian, Dante Jr., and nieces Mary Kathryn, Isabella, Francesca and Aiva. She is the great aunt of Jacob and Joshua. Also survived by her dear aunt and godmother Rosina Boccia and many cousins of the Boccia, Di Cecca and Posteraro families. Anna managed "The Barber Shop" in Fonthill for many years. Her kindred spirit and generous heart will be dearly missed by her family and many friends. Anna's family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Thursday January 31 from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at the Cathedral of St. Catherine of Alexandria on Friday February 1, 2008 at 10 a.m followed by Entombment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil prayers will be held on Thursday at 3:00p.m. at the funeral home. If so desired, donations to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health would be appreciated by the family.
