Obituary of Joan Ann Fisher

Fisher, Joan At the St. Catharines General Hospital-NHS on Friday October 12,2007 after a courageous battle with cancer in her 70th year. Beloved wife of Allan and loving mother of Cathy and Jamie Hunt of Burlington, Melinda and John Forester of St. Catharines, Pat Fisher of St. Catharines, Erin Miller of Oakville and Gail and Rick Vincelette of Welland. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jennifer, Amanda, Carlie, Tamara, Kyle, Wesley, Josh, Christopher, Kevin, Brandy and great grandchildren Taylor, Dustin, Sheridan and Madison. Dear sister of Charlie and Gloria of Oakville, Michael and Judith, and Paul all of St. Catharines. She was predeceased by her parents Catherine and Aylmer McNamara and 3 aunts Margaret, Agnes and Mary Shaughnessy. Joan's family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL 585 Carlton Street on Thursday October 18, 2007 from 11am until 1pm. A celebration of Joan's Life will follow in the chapel at 1pm. Cremation has taken place. If desired memorial donations may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation.
