To all of Peter's family in St. Kitts and in B.C. we are both so very shocked and saddened to hear Peter has passed on. We have always remembered Peter as a kind and gentle man and a man who believed in showing respect for his Catholic faith. We hope all can find some comfort in the thought that he is laughing with Paul again and that Pete will be there to warmly greet those he loves when they meet again.

To the Kirvan family;
I was sorry to hear of Peter's sudden passing. Although I haven't been in touch with any of you for a long time, I frequently remember the years of growing up on Delaware Ave, in the Facer St. district. My family and I send our condolences and prayers.

I was very saddened to hear of Peter's sudden passing .
It made me think back on those early years back at St.Joseph's school and it brought a smile to my face.
Peter and my brother Kenny as his buddies called him , were like two peas in a pod .I was very happy they to hear they reconnected a few weeks ago by phone. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

57 years - for your life and your love we shed our tears.
In our lives we meet but only a few
Who one can say...to himself and his life he was true
You were open and honest, true and sleek
And you will be missed our unique Sweet Pete
We watched you age before our eyes
But we were not ready to say our goodbyes
The past few years we have all seen your pain
But to lose you by heart is just insane
We now know that you are free
Peace for you, pain and sorrow for we
Your love Marlene, your kids and grandkids, your family and friends
We shed our tears for our pain...that we must go forward in the way you would want it to be
It is all so surreal, but the pain for us, it is real
A rock you were to those in your life
And now their hearts feel pierced by a knife
We have felt such a sadness since you went away
But you memory in our hearts will always stay.
You are loved for life, for who you were.
You will be missed forever for the lives you have touched.
We miss you each and every minute of every day.
Goodbye Sweet Pete
