Obituary of Louise Graham

Graham, Louise (Merakian): It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved mother. On March 22, 2009 at the St. Catharines General Hospital in her 77th year. Loving wife for more than 48 years to her late husband John Graham. Cherished and loving mother of Ruth and David. She was a wonderful sister to Violet Malkasian of Kenmore NY, Michael (Carrie) Merakian of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Edward Merakian of Toronto.; much loved aunt to Donna, Ken and Kelly, Susan and Gary, Barb, Armen and Mark, and very special great aunt to Kevin, Brian, Jessica, Ryan, Sarah, Violet, and Charlie. She will be deeply missed by her best friends Jean and Rudy Michalicka of St. Catharines. Mommy will be greatly missed by our loyal and loving dog Jessie. Louise will always be loved and never forgotten by many other close friends. Predeceased by sisters Lucy Merakian, Helen and Don Stewart, and brother in law Charles Malkasian. Thank you to Dr. Ken Taylor for his special care and to the I.C.U. staff. Also thanks to Fire Station #3 J.D. and his crew, and EMS Paramedics Ryan and Anwar for saving her life in December 2007, and giving us this extra special time with her. We will miss her and love her forever. Louise is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. St. Catharines. Friends may call on Wednesday March 25, 2009, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held Thursday March 26, 2009, at 11 a.m., in the chapel, with interment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial remembrances can be made to the charity of one's choice. "You are our sweet angel, we will love you and miss you until we are together again."
