Obituary of Ronald Douglas Burgess

BURGESS, Ron - Peacefully passed away at home on Sunday, March 15th,2009 in his 75th year with his loving wife Ruth at his side. Ron leaves behind his wife Ruth and his children Elaine (Ross), Doug (Barb), Brenda (Frans), Craig (Kathy), Randy (Sheila-Anne) and Dwayne (Danna). Ron will be missed by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Brother of Paul. He worked at Domtar for 38 years until he retired in 1994. Ron is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. A Funeral Service will take place on Thursday at 12:30p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated by the family.
