Obituary of Marie O'Connor

O'CONNOR, Marie Suddenly passed away peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on Friday, March 13, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Pat Sr. (2000). Forever loved and cherished by her son Pat Jr. (Alyson) and a proud grandmother of Bailey. She will be sadly missed by her loving brother Ross (Betsy) Fleming and her sister Clara. Predeceased by her father Hugh and mother Dorothy Fleming. Marie worked at the St. Lawrence Seaway for 30 years until her retirement. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. In accordance with Marie's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held in the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Friday, March 20, 2009 at 11 am. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
