Dearest Anne and family,
Ron and I were so sorry to learn of your dear Mother's passing. We know that she has endured a number of health challenges over the years, and we trust that you will all feel a measure of comfort, in knowing that she is now at peace and at rest.
Your mother was a dear, kind lady. I remember how she always had a smile and chat for me, whenever I saw her during our school years. She always made time to spend a few minutes in conversation. And I think you even passed a few of her family recipes along to me, during the early years of my marriage, when I was always on the hunt for a recipe!
Your memories of her will remain forever. May they comfort you, and your family, whenever sad thoughts try to push in.
I hope that you will all discover a few pleasant moments during these next few days, as you see friends and relatives that you may not have had a chance to see for a while. Cherish these moments as well; we know that weddings and funerals are some of the few times when loved ones gather for a common purpose. Even though these sociable connections are occurring at a sad time, they are all part of this journey we call 'life'.
Be strong. Heal well.
Sincerely,
Merike and Ron
