Obituary of Martin Howard Kilner

KILNER, Martin Howard Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Tuesday, January 27, 2009, at the St. Catharines General Hospital-NHS, in his 59th year. Beloved husband of Bonnie for 32 years. Loving dad of Faith and Alyshia of St. Catharines and James and Clare of England. Loving grandfather of seven grandchildren. Martin was a dedicated employee and worked at General Motors for 30 years. He will be missed by his colleagues, friends and family. A special thank you to Dr. Samosh, the oncology staff at the St. Catharines General Hospital and to the Paramed nurses Jill and Elenore for their care and support. In accordance with Martin's wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service celebrating Martin's life will be held in the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. Visiting will be held prior to the service from 1:30-3:30 p.m. If desired memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Canada.
