Obituary of Rosa Maria Tonellato

TONELLATO, Rosa Passed peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at Extendicare in her 95th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Angelo (2001). Beloved mother of Attilio (Rose), Ido (Daphne), Ernesto (Veronica), Ignazio (Candice) and Bellino. Greatly missed Nonna of Joseph (Lorrianne), Antoinette (Primo), Eric (Tiffani), Mary-Lynn (Todd), Mark (Michelle), Kelly (Mike), Amanda (David), Ryan. Rosa is survived by her great grandchildren Catherine, Alexandra, Matthew, Emma, Bryan, Dylan, Brennan and Georgia. Rosa is predeceased by 3 sisters and 3 brothers. The Tonellato family wishes to express a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Extendicare for their care and compassion. Mrs. Tonellato is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. until Tuesday morning at 10 a.m.. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, 31 Chestnut St. E., on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. followed by the Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held in the funeral home Monday, January 19, 2009 from 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be offered Monday afternoon at 3 p.m. If desired, a donation may be made to Heart and Stoke Foundation of Ontario.
