Cindy and I have just heard of Joe's passing and wish to send you and the family our condolences. I have very fond memory's of Joe during our years in the Fire Service and the tremendous job that you and Joe did when we had our Retired Fire Chiefs Reunion in St.Catharines in 1995. He will be missed by all of us.
