Obituary of Frances Evelyn Marie Cottrell

COTTRELL, Frances Passed away peacefully and while surrounded by her loving family on Friday, November 21st, 2008 at the Hotel Dieu-Shaver at the age of 86. Predeceased by her husband Fred (1999). Loving mother of Carolyn Olynick, Rick (Dian). Dear grandmother of Linda (Don) Leslie, Susan (Darrell) Reinhart, Carolyn (Shawn) Smith. Beloved great-grandmother of Lindsey, Crystal, Tammy, Benjamin, Gracie and Alexandra. She will be missed by brothers in law George, Jack and Edward (Lillian) , sister in law Barbara, and her nieces, nephews and many friends. Mrs. Cottrell's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Monday, November 24th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A service to celebrate her life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, November 25th at 11am. Burial to follow in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Fonthill. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. The family wishes to extend sincere thanks to the staff of the Hotel Dieu-Shaver for their wonderful care.
