Obituary of Irene Willard

WILLARD, Irene - Passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side on Wednesday November 12, 2008 in her 69th year. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd (2008). Loving mother of Dora (Dean) Hoffmann and Flora (Charles) Turner. Cherished grandmother of Felicia, Joshua, Victoria, Zacharias and John. She will be fondly remembered by her siblings Beverly Laroche of Quebec and Fred Young of Oshawa. Irene was an active member of the Silver Spires United Church, Choir and UCW. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Friday November 14 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Irene's Life will be held at Silver Spire United Church on Saturday November 15, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. with cremation to follow. If so desired, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Silver Spire Church would be appreciated by the family.
