Like Craig I'm very shocked to hear about Chad and still remember you all from soccer. I'm sorry for the late condolences but I was hospitalized myself until today and couldn't email you. My thoughts are with you all.

"...No Regrets, just love"
Although the last 10 years have been a struggle for Chad, what we will remember the most are the happy times we had together. The 6 am hockey practices with his dad and brother Rob. The many hockey, soccer, baseball and ball hockey games that Chad loved and excelled at. We loved watching him and his brother play. In later years, Dave and Chad enjoyed playing together on an adult hockey team.
We will remember the great times at the cottage with Grandma Joyce and Lloyd. The many salamander and insect hunts, swimming, boat rides, the fishing trips and marshmallow roasts.
Chad and Rob spent many happy weekends at Grandma Mavis's trailer in Niagara and many rounds with her on the go-kart rides. We played endless card games with Grandma Mavis and Grandpa, and Grandpa had many arm wrestles that he supposedly lost to Chad.
These are the memories we will cherish and remember. Chad will be greatly missed and remembered forever.

Dear Mr and Mrs Gibson,
I have had the privilege of getting to know our son at Niagara College when he was able to return to work towards completing his diploma in Business. I used to kid around with Chad if I didn 't see him sitting on the rock outside my office window a few times a week having a litle smoke. Chad and Zoe from Community mental health visitied my office to assist with getting back into school. Teachers were thrilled that he was able to return after his several year absence. Our chat about his mental health were candid. His courage to speak about it so clearly and openly is so noteworthy. His research into the possibility of a brain tumour instead of just a diagnosis of mental health was remarkable. The love and support that you have
provided never went unnoticed by him.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Dear Karen and Dave: Michael and I were shocked to see the death notice of Chad. Our deepest condolences go out to you during this time of loss. He was much too young to die. Since we haven't been in contact with you for some time, we do not know how long he suffered or whether it was sudden. Either way, our thoughts are with you and your family, may you have the strength and loving family around you during this time. Your friends, Michael and Anna
