Obituary of Hazel Teena Losz

LOSZ, Hazel- Peacefully passed away on Thursday, December 31st, 2009 at Douglas Memorial Hospital at the age of 75. Beloved wife of Joseph for 52 years. Cherished sister of Rosie,Nettie and George. Special Godmother of Bob Oleksiw. Hazel is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. Panachyda will be celebrated at 7p.m. in the funeral home. A Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday at 11a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Sts. Cyril & Methodius Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
