Bob was incredibly special to me. Not just because he fixed my cars, it was the time spent while he was fixing my car. I was lucky enough to know the Sicard's on a personnel level and I enjoyed every minute. Being in Bob's house you were guaranteed to laugh, the atmosphere was like being in a movie. Thank you for allowing me to see that it's possible to love your wife unconditionally and to put your kids first. Not to be better then anyone else but because you simply wanted more for your kids. In less words, Bob left this world much better then he found it and I'm a better man myself thanks to my time spent with the Sicard's.

Bob started out as my boss. We soon became friends and soon thereafter best friends. I respected Bob and welcomed the friendship and caring that Bob and Sherry both afforded me. Bob and Sherry are the type of people that welcome you into their home, their family and their lives. Bob and I both had an interest in fishing... hence we soon became fishing buddies as well. We would go on our annual spring fishing trip to various northern lakes and also tested the waters of Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. It was on these trips that I really got a chance to know David and Monica. When I got married in 1995, Bob was there for me as my best man. Then in 2000 he became the Godfather of my son Eric. When Eric stated playing hockey Bob was there to watch him at almost every game, just like he was there for David. (I even heard him claim to a gentleman at a Beamsville game that Eric was his son). Well, just like Eric was like a son to Bob, Bob was like a father to me as well. He taught me what family and friendship is all about. Being there for them at a moments notice, providing for them, supporting them, caring for them, loving them and even giving them the shirt off your back any time they need it. BOB WAS ONE OF A KIND! And in Bob's time of sickness he got everything back two fold. The love and caring that Sherry, Dave & Hailey Monica & Todd provided him was second to none. I feel that Bob has been stolen away from us all, much too soon. But understand that God must have needed a new mechanic to repair his fleet of angels. Bob --- you will be dearly missed but I am grateful that your pain and suffering is no longer. Sherry, Dave, Hailey, Monica and Todd any time you need the shirt off my back, its yours! Love you Mike

Success
To laugh often and much
to win the respect of intelligent people
and the affection of children;
to earn the appreciation of honest critics
and endure the betrayal of false friends;
to appreciate beauty;
to find the best in others;
to leave the world a bit better,
whether by a healthy child,
a garden patch
or a redeemed social condition;
to know even one life has breathed easier
because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded.

Dear Sherry, and family
We were sadden to hear hear of Bobs passing. Please know you and the kids are in our thought and prayers at this time,and always. I will never forget how you and Bob both became a big brother and sister to my brother Mike and then welcomed all of our family in. We could not have asked for nicer friends and caring people.
I know Bob will be sailing around on "Pepsea" or maybe playing "Kootees" or doing head stands against my fence, and he'll be at peace till we can all join him for the party.
Always Jamie and Kelly Brunaccioni, and Tyler Russ
