Obituary of Trisha Ann Potvin-LeBlanc

POTVIN LeBLANC, Trish Ann It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Trisha Ann Potvin LeBlanc (31) in the presence of her loving family on Sunday, November 22, 2009 in St. Catharines, ON. Mourning her loss is her devoted husband David LeBlanc and her adoring children, Alex, Chloe and Rainen, her loving parents H�©l�¨ne Potvin and Denis Villeneuve and siblings Amanda Potvin, Christopher Potvin, Richard Villeneuve and Andrew Villeneuve. Trish will also be dearly missed by Michel, Anne, Sylvie and Marc Cousineau; Lucie and Michel P�©pin and M�©m�¨re Cousineau. Trish will be lovingly remembered by the entire LeBlanc family: parents-in-law Hector and Doreen LeBlanc, sisters and brothers-in-law Lorrie Later (Bob Morrice); Lea Fogg; Diane Zeleny (Dave Wickabrod); Jon C. LeBlanc (Kelly); Lynn LeBlanc (Michel Ouellet); Janet Deakin; Ren�©e Deakin (Sean) and by their many children and grandchildren. Predeceased by father Thomas Potvin, mother-in-law Lillian LeBlanc and brother-in-law Dennis Deakin. Trish touched many lives and her loss will be deeply felt by close friends Jenn and Mike Crawford and her medical team: Jan and Glenda from ParaMed, Dr. Kerley, Dr. Giesbrecht and Dr. Blewett. Special thanks to the emergency responders as well as the medical team at the SCGH Trauma Unit and Pastor Vic for their outstanding care and kindness shown to both Trish and her family. Trish†™s family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Trish's life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, November 26, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow service. In lieu of flowers, please support the Canadian Cancer Society and each spring as "Trish†™s Truffles", a team of friends, honour Trish by enthusiastically participating in the Relay for Life.
