Obituary of Senta Laht

LAHT, Senta- Passed away on Monday, October 19th, 2009 at Henley House at the age of 95. Beloved wife of Bernhard. Predeceased by her first husband Aksel Ubner. Cherished mother of Marje (Bob) Merritt. Special grandmother of Triina (Chris) Forbell and Aimee Ellerbusch. Loving great grandmother of Jackson and Spencer Forbell. Senta is predeceased by her sisters Carmen and Dagmar. She will be sadly missed by her step children and their families. Senta was born and raised in Tallinn, Estonia. She survived the second world war and lived in Germany, France and the United States, moved to Buffalo, New York and settled in St. Cathrines where she married her husband Bernhard. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place for family at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL at a later date. Memorial donations to the Humane Society or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
