Obituary of Marilyn Carpenter

CARPENTER, Marilyn - Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Monday September 14, 2009 in her 71st year. Beloved wife of Edward. Mother of Patty (Drew) McGlynn and Debbie (Al) Wight. Cherished grandma of Kolten. She will be sadly missed by her siblings Bob Joss and partner Isabel, Barbara Allen and partner Dave, Ron (Jo-Anne) Joss and her sister-in-law Lily. Predeceased by her brother John Joss (2007). Arrangements entrusted to GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. As per Marilyn's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Marilyn's life will be held at Carleton United Church on Thursday October 8, 2009 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Carleton United Church would be appreciated by the family.
