Obituary of Joseph Vriens Sr.

VRIENS, Joseph Sr.- Passed away on Monday, July 27th, 2009 at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Rose. Cherished father of Michael and Joseph Jr. Brother of Margaret. Predeceased by his brothers Peter, Michael and Albert and his sister Cecilia. He will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and family members. Joseph was a 30 year employee of TRW.Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street on Friday, July 31st, 2009 from 10a.m.-11a.m. A Memorial Service will take place Friday at 11a.m. in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association would be appreciated by the family.
