Obituary of Anne Yachuk
YACHUK, Anne (nee Milko) †" Suddenly, at St. Catharines General Hospital, on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at the age of 83. Predeceased by her husband Andrew (1989) and daughter Carol (1997). Loving and much loved mother of Bryan (the late Karen, 2009), Kathy (Chris) Garthwaite , Barbara (Jacques) Bank and Andy. Cherished grandmother of Daryl, Wade, Jesse, Jordan, Michelle and Sarah and great-grandmother of Mathew and Eric. Anne will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all, including her extended family (Dean, Debbi, Mike, Amanda, Steven, Kimberly and Brock), her brothers Mike and Walter and by her many other family members and friends. Anne was a devoted member of the St. John Ukrainian Catholic Church, traveled extensively and was the eternal optimist (she bought a new car last summer). We will miss you mom. Anne†™s family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Tuesday, August 17 from 2- 4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Panachyda will be held at 8 p.m. A Divine Liturgy will be celebrated in St. John Ukrainian Catholic Church, 91 Lakeshore Rd., on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 10 a.m. Rite of Committal to follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Fonthill. If desired, donations may be made to the St. John's Ukrainian Catholic Church Building Fund.
