Obituary of Erwin Andres

ANDRES, Erwin- Passed away peacefully with his loving family at his side at the St Catharines General Hospital on Monday May 3, 2010 at the age of 87. He will be sadly missed by his wife Erna of 59 years, his daughters Linda (Rien), Irene (Ron) and his son Rudy (Eleanor). Loving Opa of Kristel (Tyler), Carmen, Steven (Nicole) , Erik, Peter and Carter. Erwin will be sadly missed by his great granddaughters Rowan and Reese. He was employed for 33 years at General Motors in St. Catharines. Erwin was a devoted member of Club Heidelberg. A special thank you to Dr. Sonali Garland and all the emergency department nurses at the S.C.G.H and the wonderful Ambulance Attendants for all their care and compassion. A sincere thanks to Dr. Philip J. O'Reilly and the staff at Heidehof for all their wonderful care. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, (905)-937-4444. A Private Family Service has taken place. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or Heidehof Home for the Aged would be appreciated by the family.
