Obituary of Bradley D'Elia

D'Elia Bradley Passed away suddenly, at his residence, on Thursday April 18th, 2013, at 36 years of age. Loving son of Gino and the late Geraldine. Dear brother of Sandra Rebrovich (Joe). Cherished uncle of Cassy and Ayden. Bradley will be lovingly remembered by his grandma, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his Nonna, Antonietta, Nonno Antonio and uncle Vincenzo. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A short prayer service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10am. A memorial service to celebrate Bradley's life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
