All my life I recall my father looking in the ‘blue book’ as we called it when we were kids. It was the ‘bible’ when it came to pharmaceuticals. My Dad loved being a doctor and never ever stopped thinking like one. He was at it right to the very end, calling the shots as he progressed. what a guy!
