I was so very sorry to hear of Sean's passing. I remember him as a young boy and then a teenager - occasionally babysitting my sons or coming into Len and Pat's kitchen from high school - and always with a smile on his face. I lost track of him, especially after his parent's move to Ontario and then their passing, so I never got to meet his own family. However, my sympathies and prayers to them and to Debbie, Cheryl and Lorraine on the loss of their brother. I remember you all as a wonderful, loving family.

Seeing the Death Notice for Sean in the Globe and Mail sent me reeling that he has been taken from us at such a young age. Sean has been a pillar of strength in building the credit union system, locally, provincially and nationally. He was part of a new generation of credit union leadership and he will be sorely missed. On behalf of the Melanoma Network of Canada I want to extend our deepest condolences for the loss of our dear friend and colleague. Sean was a founding Director of the organization and he and his team at Meridian were instrumental in helping us get off the ground. Sean was very strong and optimistic throughout this ordeal.
