Obituary of Adele Cappelletti

It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Adele Cappelletti (Rotili) on January 2, 2024 with her children by her side at the age of 94.

Adele was predeceased by her husband Adriano, and was the loving mother of Sandra (John Burke) and Frank (Debbie Beaudoin); devoted nonna to Adriana Cappelletti (Michael Millar), Joey Cappelletti, Ryan Burke, and Evan Burke (Allie). The arrival of her great grandchildren Ruby, Roger, and Maya brought her tremendous joy. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews, both here in Canada and in Italy, as well as by her many friends and Villa Roma community.

The family would like to extend great appreciation to the palliative care outreach team and Hospice Niagara staff for their compassionate care and support.

Family and Friends are invited to pay their respects at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, on Sunday, January 7 from 6-9pm. Funeral mass will be held at St. Alfred Roman Catholic Church, 272 Vine St., St. Catharines at 11:00 a.m on Monday January 8.
