Obituary of Andrzej Tuchowski

TUCHOWSKI, Andrzej “Andy” - Passed away on December 29, 2023 at the Hamilton General Hospital at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Kasia for 44 years. Cherished father of Ania (Marek) and his late son Peter whom he will be joining in the embrace of God. Loving Dziadzia of Adrian. He is survived by his mother Danuta, brother Krzysztof (Halina), sister Jolanta (Jaroslaw) and his nieces/grandnieces and nephews/grandnephews. He will be sadly missed by all of his extended family and friends. Andrzej loved soccer and played professionally for many years. He took pleasure in fishing, day trips alongside his partner in crime, Kasia, and quality time with his family. Cooking was another love of his, and he enjoyed documenting the family's special moments through a multitude of videos and pictures.

The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Wednesday, January 3rd from 10a.m-12p.m. with burial at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation in lieu of flowers would be appreciated by the family.
