Obituary of Rosemary Bigelow

Bigelow, Rosemary (nee Gualtieri)

Passed peacefully with family by her side on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at the age of 60. Beloved wife of Winston of 27 years. Loving mother of Frankie (Karin) Jeffries. Cherished grandma of Justin, Destiny, Brandon and Joshua. Survived by her siblings, inlaws, nieces, nephews and relatives. Special friend of Maria (Jeff) Stevens. Predeceased by her mother Lucia (Carlo) Boccia and her father Domenic (Marie) Gualtieri and her granddaughter Lacey Jeffries. Also, her sister Amelia Gualtieri-Donavan and her mother and father in law Mary (Stanley) Bigelow. 

Family and friends will be welcomed at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 7-9pm and Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 2-4 & 7-9pm. Vigil Prayers will be recited at the funeral home at 7pm on Sunday.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 25, 2017 at St. Alfred’s Church, 272 Vine St., at 11am. Rite of Committal will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery after Mass.

Memorial donations made to the Kidney Foundation made in Rosemary’s name would be appreciated by the family.
