It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear Sarah on Monday, July 31, 2017 at the age of 38. She leaves behind her best friend and mom Neen, her adoring children Nicholas, Jackson and Emma as well as her younger brother Peter and father Peter Sr.. She will be loved and remembered always by her Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Nieces. Sarah is welcomed home by her Nanny and Papa, uncle Charlie and cousin Reco. Visitation will take place at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 7-9 p.m with Vigil prayers at 7:30 p.m. A Celebration of Life will take place in the funeral home chapel at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, August 4, 2017. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lincoln County Humane Society or to Community Care St. Catharines.
