Obituary of Richard Liberadzki

LIBERADZKI,Richard †" Passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital, with his family at his side, on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Halina, father to Jan (Eleanor) Lech, and grandfather of Diana (Tom) Marsden, Veronica Lech, and Elliott Lech. Richard and Halina came to Canada, from Poland in 1949 and loved both countries dearly. He retired at 60 from CN Railways and enjoyed his life with friends and family. Mr. Liberadzki is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. Visiting hours are from 2pm to 5pm on Sunday, May 2. Vigil prayers will be said at 3 p.m. in the funeral home. Mass is to be held at 10am Monday, May 3, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 5 Oblate St., St. Catharines followed by interment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
