Obituary of Brian Mackie

MACKIE, Brian 1951-2009 It is with great sorrow that the Mackie family announces the sudden passing of Brian on July 3, 2009. Beloved husband and best friend of Pam of 31 years. Loving and devoted dad of Chris, Jodie and Tracy. Cherished son of Jeannine Mackie and son in law of Dolores Corcoran. Dear brother of Bill Mackie, Dianne (John) Roberts, Dave (Charlene) Mackie and brother in law of Pat (Cindy) Corcoran and Debbie (Keith) Cronkwright. Loving uncle of Chrissy, Tania, Valerie, Joe and Hunter. Predeceased by his father William Mackie (1974) and by his father in law Norman Corcoran (2009). In accordance with Brian's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service celebrating Brian's life will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the St. Catharines Minor Lacrosse Association.
