Obituary of Lionel Jacques Holdip

HOLDIP LIONEL (Sonny) Peacefully, on Friday December 25, 2009 at the St Catharines General Hospital, at 76 years of age. Beloved husband of Cathy (nee: Langelaan). Loving father of Dean (Antonette) of Mississauga, Cheryl Woolgar of London, step father of Caroline (Sean), Sharon (Ken), Frank , Jim (Marie Beth) and Irene (Bill), Cherished grandfather of six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Dear brother of Barry (Donna) of Scarborough and Gail of New Jersey. Sonny will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Predeceased by his brother Reggie. A memorial service to celebrate Sonny's life will be held in the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St on Saturday January 2, 2010 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to Hospice Niagara would be appreciated by the family.
