Obituary of Margaret Lamarra

Lamarra, Margaret: Surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday December 12, 2009, in he 91st year, at Linhaven Home for the aged. Margaret has now reunited with her beloved husband Bruno. Loving mother of Mary Jo (David) Propper, Ralph, Irene (Larry) Wormald. Cherished grandma of Matthew, Thomas, Joseph, Carly, Robert and Taylor. Predeceased by her infant son William, and her 10 brothers and sisters. Margaret was a longtime member of Star of the Sea and the parrish's C.W.L. , she will be fondly remembered for her singing and dancing. The family would like to thank the staff of Linhaven, especially those of the Henly and Dalhousie units for their care and love of our mom. Margaret is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. St. Catharines. Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday December 15, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated at Star of the Sea Church on Wednesday December 16, 2009 at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at Victorialawn Cemetery. Memorial remembrances made to the Alzheimers Society or the M.S. Society would be appreciated by the family.
