Obituary of Walter Demczuk

Demczuk, Walter Passed peacefully on Remembrance Day, Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at the Welland County General Hospital at 90 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Bertha, Loving father of Walter and his wife Lisa Demczuk, Catharine Demczuk-Crow, dear grandpa of Evelyn Demczuk. Walter will be lovingly remembered and missed by nieces, nephews and his dog Jack who was his constant companion. Walter was a member of the Polish Legion, Branch 418. Mr. Demczuk is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. where a celebration of his life will be held in the chapel on Monday at 11 a.m. with cremation to follow. Visiting Hours are Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial remembrances to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
